Delivery the Netherlands and Belgium

Naturally we deliver your package within the Netherlands and Belgium at very competitive prices. We can deliver in both countries between 24-48 hours unless stated otherwise.

Need delivery outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
Shipping is possible to Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and United Kingdom at additional shipping costs.

Product printing

We can also print your products on request, we can have all our Parya articles printed especially for you with your own logo. Minimum editions start from 250 pieces. For smaller editions we can always see what is possible, please contact us.

For the consumer

Alveru B.V. sends various parcels for our partners. We transport these packages with the well-known carriers GLS and Post.nl. This makes your shipment easy to follow via track and trace codes. You can always contact the webshop where you bought the product, they can often also help you with track and trace codes.

If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, your order will be sent to you in several parts. When you order a large package, it may be possible that the package has longer delivery times. The package will then be delivered to you via special transport. Part deliveries are also possible because Alveru B.V. is not the only supplier on a platform / website.

So always make sure that you include a working e-mail address and / or telephone number with the order! Are we unable to deliver within the specified delivery time? Then you will hear this via the relevant website / platform where you placed your order.

Where is my order

Are you curious where your order will be? In the first instance you can always contact the webshop / platform where you bought the product. You can also email us at [email protected]. We can follow your package via Track & Trace. You can also do this yourself via the code / link that is automatically sent to you when your package has been sent. You can often change your destination / delivery time for the next day until late at night.

Not at home on delivery

In the unlikely event that you cannot receive your order, GLS or Post.nl will offer your package to you again the next day. Are you not at home on delivery? Then the driver will leave a message. After this second delivery attempt, you can pick up your package for two weeks at the nearest Post Office / collection point in your area.
If you have not received a ticket in the bus, you can email us at [email protected]. Then we will be happy to find out for you in which location your package is located.
