We answer each mail within a maximum of 1 business day. Sent mails during office hours are usually answered within 8 hours.
Please note: that in peak seasons this can be 48 hours!
If you want to place orders for your own stock, we request that you contact the account manager about this. For example, these orders will not be shipped as dropshipping orders.
Data can be changed via 'My account' at www.alveru.com or in the portal. Information about your sales channels can be changed via 'Webshop importer portal' under 'My data'.
Via 'Forgot password' you can request a new password quickly and easily.
We can also send you a forgotten password e-mail if you wish.
We request that you contact us in advance at [email protected] Connecting this API requires technical knowledge, and an ICT professional (or someone with API knowledge) will be needed for this. This API needs to be connected to the systems you use. Documentation of our API can be found in the dropshopping portal.
Our API allows for automatic order entry, item selection and placement, tracking code retrieval, and real-time inventory tracking. In addition, daily updates for content.
The stock feed in the portal is updated every half hour. Product information is updated in the CSV and XML every night. The stock and product information in the API are updated every 15-30 min.
That's not a problem. All product information is also incorporated in the API links and CSV/ XML feeds. The use of product information and images on the sales channel in a specific country is the responsibility of the dropshipping partner. We only offer Dutch and English as possible languages for the content.
Using the API (with Shopify, Lightspeed, Prestashop, Woocommerce and/or Magento 1&2), orders can be automatically pushed through to our system. When the API is not used, the orders have to be placed on our webshop. You only need to enter the delivery address of the customer and pay, otherwise all processes will be automatic. All your placed orders are displayed in the portal.

Bestellingen die via de API-koppelingen geplaatst zijn, moeten nog worden afgerekend. Dit is voor beide partijen een laatste controlepunt of de order daadwerkelijk besteld en verzonden moet worden. Voor bestellingen die via de webshop betaald worden, bieden wij nu Paypal en Ideal. Mist u hierin een betalingsoptie, dan horen wij dit graag.
Alveru does not invoice a fixed monthly fee or the like. Our partner asks a small fee of 30 euros per month. They also provide the necessary support. You can dropship via Alveru without any obligations. Every account that has official access to the portal can see the dropshipping prices through the portal.
We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium and are expected to ship to Germany soon. If you would like to see another country linked, please feel free to contact us.

We do not send weights or sizes of items in the API and CSV/ XML feeds. Per item the shipping method is literally given in the column 'Shipping', Small up to 23KG or Large above 23KG.
Please note that sometimes weight is not the only determining factor, but in combination with an outer size why a product is large or small.
